Chevrolet Colorado comes with one base engine across all trim models, but with 3 different states of tune.
- 2.7L I4 L2R engine: 237 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Standard on Work Truck and LT.
- Turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B gasoline engine: 310 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque in the 2.7L Turbo Plus tune. Standard engine for Z71 and Trail Boss trims, optional for WT and LT trims.
- High-Output 2.7L I4 L3B engine: 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. Standard on Colorado ZR2.
